Operator and scope
This website (https://www.microfactor.com.cn, including English pages under /en) is operated by Beijing Beiziman Information Technology Co., Ltd., branded as MICROFACTOR (Beiziman).
This policy covers browsing the corporate site, contact and Discovery forms, hiring inquiries, and email to the business address shown in the footer.
Metis AI console, login, and paid product features (for example ai.metis.microfactor.com.cn) are provided by the same legal entity, but accounts, monitoring data, and contracts follow the product user agreement and privacy notice — this page does not replace those.
Information we collect
You submit: name, work email, phone or WeChat, company or brand, title, industry, preferred time, goals and context, website or domain, GEO/visibility goals, AI platforms of interest, subject, and message. Hiring conversations may include a CV you send by email.
Email: messages and attachments you send to marketing@microfactor.com.cn.
Technical logs: browser type, language, time, referrer, and paths, as typically recorded by hosting. We do not run a separate ad-tracking pixel on this site.
We do not ask for ID numbers, payment accounts, or health data via this site. Please do not put unrelated sensitive personal information in the form.
Purposes
To reply, schedule Discovery or a demo, and judge whether a further conversation makes sense.
To handle hiring interest if you contact us for that purpose.
To operate the site, debug faults, and reduce spam (the form includes routine anti-abuse fields).
Where required by law or to protect legitimate rights. We do not use corporate-site submissions for unrelated targeted advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
This is a static corporate site. Aside from data the browser may keep for basic page function, we do not set extra cookies for profiling or cross-site ads.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which may process technical access data under its own policy.
The form posts to an interface we operate (currently the public contact API on ai.metis.microfactor.com.cn) so the message can reach our business mailbox — it does not create a product account.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your personal information.
Access may include colleagues in the same legal entity who handle business, consulting, or hiring; hosting and email providers (only as needed to run those services); and disclosures required by law.
The site and form API are hosted for access from mainland China. Email may transit the mail provider’s systems.
Retention
Form and email records are kept as long as needed to reply, follow up on a possible engagement, or process hiring; afterwards we delete, archive, or anonymize them under internal rules and applicable law.
Server access logs are for operations and security, not as a long-term marketing list.
Your rights
You may contact us to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided via this site or the business mailbox, or to ask us to stop using it for follow-up.
We will act after verifying identity. Some records may be kept where law, disputes, or security require it.
Cross-border transfer
Site content and the booking API mainly run on systems serving mainland China. Loading Google Fonts may send technical access data to an overseas font service.
If you email us from an overseas mailbox, routing depends on your provider. We do not bulk-sync corporate-site form data to an overseas marketing platform.
Children
This site is for business and hiring conversations, not for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us to delete any submission made in error.
Updates
We may update this policy when operations, technology, or law change, and will show the date on this page. For material changes we will give notice on the page or by other reasonable means.
